Beverage of the Week: The Mai Tai

1 oz light rum

1 oz dark rum

1 oz Contreau or Triple Sec

1/2 oz lime juice

2 tsp orgeat (almond) syrup

2 tsp grenadine

Orchid or Paper Parasol to garnish

Small pieces of fruit (if desired)

Fill shaker with ice, combine all ingredients (except Orchid or Parasol) into shake and shake well.

Pour into an Old-fashioned glass, garnish with Orchid or Parasol, add small piece of fruit if desired.
