Reading: “Trunk Music” by Michael Connelly

I finished this before exams, papers, etc came due, but just getting a chance to get to write this.

As mentioned before, another of his “Harry Bosch” novels.  Overall I give it a A-, that is in my must read if you like the genre (A+’s are reserved for “MUST READS” period).  Connelly doesn’t disappoint and has a couple of “sharp, well written twists.”  He manages to weave L.A. and Vegas into the book in a manner that isn’t forced allowing for some good character expansion.

I probably should have gotten a list of his books in the order they were written in, because though Bosch’s relationship with Eleanor Wish worked without background in the story, it probably would have been a better frame of reference if I had read the previous books in the series.
