Why Connecting…

I’ve been asked a couple of times to explain what the tagline on my emails ( and now my Blog name) means. Here is the reader’s digest of the story.

I almost always try to meet my network connections whenever possible in person. I just like to do it because one I think it’s a good practice to put a face to a name. I also realized at love People - all types, races, creed, cultures, etc. So one day when I made the comment in jest to my wife that what I was trying to do was connect everyone in the world, even if I had to do it one drink at a time. After thinking it over, I couldn’t think of a line that fit how I feel about networking more than that.

So that is the story in a nutshell.
